Libbey High School is hosting a Community Pep Rally to celebrate the Libbey Cowboys outstanding basketball season. Students, parents and loyal Cowboy fans are expected to attend the rally to show their team spirit and to congratulate the Cowboys for their winning season and for competing in the State Championships.
