TPS TO HOLD COMMUNITY FORUMS

John Foley, Superintendent of Toledo Public Schools, is holding community forums in an effort to keep parents and the community informed about district programs and initiatives.  During these meetings, updates will be given on several items, including the Building for Success program, a financial forecast of the district, and an outline of programming focused on increasing student achievement.

The first community meeting is scheduled for tomorrow evening, Thursday, October 18th, at East Broadway Middle School (1755 East Broadway) beginning at 6:30 p.m.  A community meeting is planned for each of the district’s six learning communities (see schedule below:

                     December 4th at Start High School – 2100 Tremainsville
                     December 5th at Byrnedale Middle School – 3635 Glendale Ave. 
                     Each meeting is scheduled from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
