POWER PANTHER TO VISIT NATHAN HALE ELEMENTARY

WHAT: The USDA national spokes-character for the Food and Nutrition Service’s “Eat Smart and Play Hard” campaign will visit Nathan Hale Elementary today to encourage students to eat healthy and be physically active.  Power Panther plans to meet students during their lunchtime to discuss the benefits of eating right and being physically fit. The Ohio State University Extension Service in Lucas County, a strong community advocate of nutrition education, is sponsoring Power Panther’s visit to the school.
