Toledo Public Schools is now utilizing BoardDocs, a web-based system that provides a means for immediately publishing and revising Board meeting agenda items, support documents, policies and procedures.
To Access BoardDocs:
Click here: www.boarddocs.com/oh/tps/Board.nsf
Click on the “enter public site” option.
Click on the “current meetings” section – then click on the date of the meeting you are inquiring about.
Click on the “view the agenda” option. From there you will find a listing of minutes from various meetings; simply click on the minutes of the meeting you are interested in reading more about.
Internet Explorer 8 and Firefox are recommended when using BoardDocs.
Minutes for meetings prior to November, 2009 will be found on this section. After that date, please access meeting agendas through BoardDocs.
