Educational Technology Support Now Available to help with Virtual Learning

Help is now available for Toledo Public Schools families who need help with technology as the district readies to start the 2020-2021 school year with all online classes. Because the district is in Red Light status, students in grades first through twelfth will start the school year on Tuesday, September 8, with virtual learning.

To help make sure everything runs smoothly, staff members in the Educational Technology Support Office will be available from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, by calling 419-351-8658 or 419-671-8750.

Families can also call 419-351-0485 on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

The Educational Technology hotline is for anyone needing help with:

  • Setting up Chromebooks
  • Connecting to their home networks or connecting Chromebooks to TPS hot spots
  • A student login account not working
  • Needing to replace a broken keyboard, screen or power cord
  • Replacing a Chromebook that has been lost or stolen
