This program is designed to qualify students for employment upon successfully obtaining a Barber license. Licensed barbers may perform haircutting, shaving or trimming the beard, facials, scalp massage, manicuring, hairstyling, cutting and fitting hairpieces, hair coloring, permanent waves and relaxers. Students will learn Ohio Barber rules and laws. The classroom content includes communication, leadership, human relations and safe work practices.
