Start High School teacher Tim Pettaway has been recognized by the Total Purpose Scholarship
Foundation as a 2025 Changemaker in Education Distinguished Teacher of the Year honoree.
The foundation is coordinated a surprise in-person announcement to recognize Mr. Pettaway
for his work and commitment to the Toledo community.
