Toledo Public School and Health Partners of Western Ohio are offering sports physicals on the following dates:

Rogers HS    July 13th 9AM-4PM
Waite HS     July 16th 9AM-4PM
Waite HS       July 21st 9AM-4PM
Bowsher HS   July 22nd 9AM-4PM
Scott HS      July 28th 9AM-3PM
Start HS      July 29th 9AM-3PM
