Children’s literature author Vincent Flowers visited Spring Elementary to donate 75 copies of his book, Zoe and Zion Love to Bounce. The books will be provided to first and second grade students.
Flowers attended Spring Elementary while living in Toledo, and is where he was recommended
by his fifth-grade teacher to become an Ohio State Young Scholar.
Flowers went on to attend The Ohio State University, studying Industrial and Systems Engineering. In 2022, he released his first book, Zoe and Zion Love to Build, with copies also being donated to Spring Elementary at that time.
