As we begin the school year, we want to remind you to review and update your contact information and this year's required forms and releases with Toledo Public Schools.
Completing this quick form allows you to update your contact information, important health information, and agreements such as; Directory Information, Student Acceptable Use, Internet, E-Mail & Virtual Learning, Media Permissions, and Student Handbook Certification.

- Emergencies or urgent situations
- Changes to your student’s schedule or school day
