Title VII - Discriminatory Harassment-Non Student

The Board prohibits discrimination and harassment based on race, color, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, economic status, age, disability, military status or legally acquired genetic information in the workplace and in its programs or activities.

Retaliation - Non Student

The Board prohibits unlawful retaliation. Specifically, the Board prohibits an individual from taking an adverse action or punishing an employe for asserting their right to be free from employment discrimination, including harassment, or for making complaints to state or federal agencies. Asserting these rights is called “protected activity” and can take multiple forms.
