Toledo Public Schools utilizes BoardDocs, a Web-based system that provides a means for immediately publishing and revising Board meeting agenda items, support documents, policies and procedures. This innovative system allows the administration to quickly and easily create, approve and track agenda items and other correspondence. BoardDocs has allowed the District to improve its technology capabilities in a number of areas while providing greater access to the community prior to monthly Board meetings.

To access the Meetings and Agendas below:

  • Find the list of Meetings in the middle of the page and click on the date of the meeting you are inquiring about

  • Click on the View the Agenda option

Internet Explorer 8 and Firefox are recommended when using BoardDocs.
