It is our vision that through ongoing and consistent participation in Young Men/Women of Excellence that each young man/woman will grow to recognize the full potential, gifts and skills that lies within him/her.
Additionally, we envision that these young men/women will grow in excellence as they discover and develop self-worth, love, acceptance, discipline, dignity, respect, integrity and grit.
